I wish I could give no stars!!!!! My husband and I hired this company in May 2022. We had nothing but problems every step of the way. My husband wrote a review on google outlining ALL the issues we had but somehow there are no reviews to be for. The reason why I am writing again is that it has only been nine months and the new return lines that they installed are now leaking!!!!! I had to hire a separate company to come in and cut into the walls to repair and now I have patchwork all around my returns. And the gentleman who repaired confirmed it was leaking because the installers did t glue the return lines to the pipes like they are supposed to (not surprising considering all the other issues). As soon as the repair guy chipped away the return lines the fittings fell right out. So now I am out, even more, $$ and have patchwork on my brand-new plaster. Oh and to piggyback off that- our repair guy purchased the plaster azure to repair but it does not match the current plaster of the pool wall that was done by Ross. Azure was the plaster listed on all of our contracts.¸

The service is excellent and I have recommended them to others that are 100% satisfied.

After three months the pool was finally finished.

Barry was our salesman/project manager. Initially, he did present all valid licenses, offered choices. and we wrote a very detailed contract. I was so impressed, I recommended him to a neighbor who hired him, too. She also experienced some of the things you are about to read. After that things went downhill slowly. The initial worker who was to drain the pool, came with a hose that was too short. Barry called to ask us if we wanted to substitute a different tile because the office staff ordered the wrong one. It almost felt like a bait and switch tatcic. But we insisted on what we put in the contract and waited a few extra days. When the workers arrived, we were told at least one of the men would be bi-lingual. Barry was there and Carlos, but left after a short time. Soon after, one of the workers tried to communicate with me. I got Barry on the phone and told him, I don't know Spanish, I can't help. Barry said he would contact someone who would speak with the worker and things would be handled. That happened. Two hours later, the same thing happened. I called Barry again, and again it was handled. An hour later, again. This time when I called Barry I was told to leave his workers alone and let them do their job! I told Barry the workers came to me! I didn't realize I had to put in my contract that there would be a bilingual worker on the job at all times. On another day, the workers were pouring some kind of acid powder, and they had a fan going, too. The dust was flying all over. One of the workers wore a mask and the other didn't. The dust landed on the top of my lantern fixtures and pole and discolored them. It also went on the pool railing discolored it and rust began dripping down onto the newly finished steps. I reported this to Barry and told him I didn't call him while this was happening because you told me to leave your workers alone! After a few more days of trying to get Barry and some workers over to correct the problems, they did. Barry claimed nothing like this ever happened before and we live and we learn. Next, when the subcontractor who was supposed clean the pool and set chemical levels for the month arrived, he noticed that the grout along the perimeter where the tiles and deck meet was peeling. He took pictures of it and sent it to Barry. I contacted Barry who said he would get Carlos over to fix the problem. It took 3 phone calls and two text over 10 days and I never heard from Barry or Carlos. When I called the main office and spoke to Martha, she got a hold of Carlos who was at my house within 1 hour. He claims Barry never gave him the message to come. Carlos and his crew regrouted the entire perimeter. He told me it needed to dry and then I could paint it. I told him I had a contract for a complete job. That includes painting. I told him I even had the paint. Carlos made a call and then told me he would be back tomorrow or the next day to paint. He gave me his phone number so we could text and confirm his appointment. C

Brandon was awesome from start to finish! All the guys he had were amazing! They even helped my husband place the mosaics when I wasn’t home and I LOVE how they did it! Brandon would answer my messages even on. Sunday when my husband had a bunch of questions! Their work is amazing! SO HAPPY!!

Everyone that came was fer professional and friendly. This is definitely you should call to have your pool and patio refinished. People that did my deck are artis.

Ross's tile technicians are truly artist with years of experience and a superior eye for detail. We resurfaced our pool and installed travertine tiles on the pool deck and walkway. Greg and his staff allowed me to be creative with by backyard space but without compromising form and function. They helped me transform my dated dump into a modern spa / hotel atmosphere that we will enjoy for years to come.

I read the reviews on Ross before I decided to hire them and I was not disappointed. From the moment Felipe visited my home and went over the details of the project I fel that he was the right man for the job. I re-surfaced my pool with diamond-brite and replaced the tile. The job was started on time and was completed ahead of schedule and Felipe kept me informed during the whole process, even visited my house during the work to ensure it was being done correctly. he was more that just a salesman. I can recommend them with no hesitation.

Brandon was friendly and knowledgable throughout the entire process of repairing and remodeling my pool. I told him what I wanted and he managed to come up with a design that fit my budget. I couldn't be happier with the final product. The pool looks fantastic and is exactly what I wanted. Thanks for a job well done!

Ross services did a complete remodel of our swimming pool. We had our deck redone with travertine. All new pool equipment with a variable speed pump and salt system. Diamond Brite / Florida Gem and LED pool light. Outstanding job! Very efficient. Greg was always there supervising the work. I highly recommend this company.
