For a startup business he was great

In November of 2020 Ross Tree Service removed 3 large trees and several smaller trees, all within range of hitting the house. A long boom was used to take the trees down in sections. The logs were removed and the three large stumps were ground below the surface. The chips from the chipper were nicely spread about the woods. All in all it was a first rate job by a hard working crew. There were also two long paths created in the woods with leaf blowers that were not covered back up at the end of the job even though there was time to do so while the stumps were being ground. I ended up doing that the next day. So, I couldnâ  t give a perfect score, but I would recommend.

Had three large trees (Cottonwood, Silver Maple, Wild Cherry and a sapling) removed today. Dan was very informative and made this job able to happen by being reasonably priced. The work crew arrived and worked very hard and efficiently. They are all highly professional and get the job done. Also, was very nice to have everything cleaned up upon work completion. Many thanks to Tracey, Dan and the wonderful work crew.

So an ill wind blew thru our ���estate��� last month and split the 30 foot red maple so ���carefully��� planted over a gas line by our esteemed builder some 20 years ago, sigh. Armed with only a hatchet, I decided that the project was a wee bit too grand for a sexagenarian like moi, so I scrambled to the old standby for help: the Yellow Pages���printed on actual parchment, no less! As I perused the tree services portion, my gaze fell upon an attractive ad placed therein by an obviously motivated entrepreneur attempting to entice business prospects from the technologically challenged class of old codgers for whom a broken tree might as well be a dragon. I contacted the aforementioned firm via the telephonic device residing in my domicile and arranged for the proprietor (a certain Dan Ross) to come hither to evaluate my predicament. The eponymous owner arrived forthwith and we engaged in a splendid conversation resulting in a reasonable estimate involving removal of the damaged plant as well as the pruning of a 20 foot holly tree gone wild over the years. His crew arrived the next day with some fearsome looking equipment and made short work of the project. However, the stump grinding had to await the arrival of the lovely and callipygous Miss Utility to mark her domain, for obvious reasons. And, despite the encroachment of the once vigourous sapling onto the always dangerous natural gas highway to our house, Dan���s minions were able to ���gently��� scrape away all traces of the remaining stump so as to allow us to eventually return that portion of our lawn to its original, pristine condition which undoubtedly will be the envy of the neighborhood. Kudos to Dan and all those who toil on his behalf for a job well done ��� henceforth we shall certainly avail ourselves of their services as we once again struggle to impose our will upon Mother Nature.

They took the time to thoroughly evaluate what needed to be done. The price was very reasonable and we proceeded with the work the next day. I will use them for all my tree care needs in the future.

Quick response for estimator to come out and very friendly, explained service options. Decided to proceed with work 12hrs later but had hard-time leaving phone message on office machine (keep ringing) then left an E-mail message and no reply. Once did get a hold of office staff, crew scheduled within a few days but were unaware I chose estimate option to have tree stump grinded. So waited another 9 days for this to occur - same friendly and professional crew. They replaced all patio furniture back in place but grindings not removed (told this not done). Bill was mailed, paid via phone - nice!
