Very professional! First of all Sharon is amazing and a real pro in what she does! She is honest, fair and makes sure the job is done perfect! My husband and I were so upset because our floors were ruined by an unprofessional flooring contractor who we hired before (was the hugest mistake). We needed the floors fixed as swiftly as possible. My husband submitted an inquiry for floor estimates with multiple floor companies through another similar website. We were getting e-mails from different companies. Sharon was the only one who called us! We explained to her what happened, and she made an appointment with us right away. We both, my husband and I felt very comfortable from the moment we met her. She knew exactly how to do what we wanted. The job was done in 2 days! The guys did an amazing job and so fast! Sharon supervised the whole time. She would text or call throughout the whole process to keep us in a loop. I would not recommend anyone else but her! The price is great! The quality of work is amazing! And you can actually trust her! Please save yourself a trouble of going through what we went with our first floor contractor, call Rossie flooring!

Not reliable with scheduling. Kept changing times for workers to show up. One day they were no shows and no heads up. Did not clean up after themselves, garbage bag left in driveway, cigarette butts on property, floor stain on front door and woodwork. However, I was very pleased with my floors!

We refinished the floors in the entire house and they look fantastic! Even a few areas with dark stains that Sharon had cautioned might not come out, look practically like new. The price was very fair and the service was great. We had a time crunch to complete the job and Sharon had her crew there two days later and completed the job in another two days. We're really delighted with the outcome.

Final project was great. Showed up when they were suppose to. Sharon recommended a stain that actually lessened our flaws in the wood. Color was great. Would recommend them to anyone with hardwood floors with problems.

Don't hire them. They did refinishing of the hardwood floor and they made mistakes and wanted to double charge me for that. Showed very poor knowledge and used wrong stain for floor and everything had to redone. Also, they left without completing the job. In the end very unprofessional communication.

Sharon does a good job with customer service and is honest/fair. The sub contractors that did the job did ok work, they needed supervision from Sharon to make sure the work was done well.

rossi floors did a great job. one slight complaint was the semi gloss finish was closer to satin. I would have gotten glossy if I had to choose again.

They refinished our living room, dining room, hall and two bedrooms. The end result was good but there were a few bumps along the way. All were resolved with the exception of the dust that went into our vent system, more dust than expected. From start to finish Sharon was prompt and responsive.

I was looking for contractors at the last minute since the earlier contractor I hired cancelled at the last minute. We had about 2000 sqft we were looking to refinish (strip, natural color, 3 coats of poly). Karen Rossi responded to my inquiry on home advisor within one hour and was prompt and helpful in answering all questions. The work was completed as per time and cost estimates and we were very happy with the results. Cost was in line with what I had been quoted by other contractors. Overall a good job and I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. (Note that while I am happy with the results, this is the only refinishing I have seen, so I have nothing to compare the results to.)

Rossi Flooring stripped, stained and polyurethaned almost 2000 sq. ft. of wood floors in our whole house. This was a huge job on two floors. What an phenominal job! It looks like we're in a brand new house. We're in awe every time we walk into a room. The crew was prompt and polite, took care of covering things we didn't think of protecting. Sharon was always in contact with us, and on the job site daily. We would unconditionally recommend Rossi Flooring to anyone. Also, if you need painting and/or caprentry as part of your job (as we did), she recommended amazing professionals who we hired as well. The three trades worked in harmony (they frequently work together) so while this was a big job, it all went smoothly.

We are national award winning remodeling contractors and we need great subcontractors like Rossi. Karen was on time, on schedule, and did great work. WIll use them again for sure.

I had the best renovation experience with this company! Sharon was so caring, helpful and professional. She went above and beyond. I feel bad for only giving a 4.5 for the quality and that was because there's a lot of stain left on the trim which I will have to take off and I have a bad back. I will definitely recommend them over and over again!
