Friendly. Did a good job.

Too expensive.

MY EXPERIENCE: The plumber was scheduled to arrive Saturday 2pm-4pm to replace my shower/bath faucet. Saturday morning they called to say the plumber was still working on a morning job and my job would have to be rescheduled. I requested Sunday and they said okay. The plumber arrived Sunday on time and finished the job after about six hours. The job was not easy and he worked hard. After he charged my credit card and left I discovered that when turning the water off, the handle would not stop at OFF but would continue to turn beyond OFF and water would run out of the tub spigot. The next day, Monday, I called Rossman and told them the job was not properly completed. They apologized and scheduled the plumber to return on Tuesday 8am-10am to fix the problem. He arrived 12:30pm and brought with him a part to install that would fix the problem. He knew exactly what needed to be done and he fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Everything is working perfectly now. Because he was late, I had to take the entire day off from work instead of half a day. MY REVIEW: Rossman is very flexible. The selling point for me was that they work on weekends. Their customer service is excellent. After hours the recorded message provides a number to reach someone who is on-call for emergencies. The plumber is an expert, a hard worker and knows what he is doing. Which is why I suspect that he was aware that a problem still existed. I can only guess why he didn't just tell me the job wasn't finished and he would need to come back the next day. I have mixed feelings about my experience. From my observation this plumber is capable of providing excellent work if he were to hold himself up to a personal standard of excellence. But I think he slacked off because it was a difficult job and he was tired and he wanted to be done with it. By not completing the job, he had to come back to fix the problem and I had to take off from work and lose a days pay. The end result was a good working faucet but a not so good overall experience.

Too expensive. Materials used were less than $100. Job took less than 2 hours. Invoice was for $700. Will not use them again.

Rossman plumbing is great,the plumber did a great job, i would request him to work on my home again.

Once they obtained the pressure regulator the job went very quick. The office people were in constant contact and kept me up to date with the Techs location and times he would arrive.

$800 for a two hour repair seems outrageous. The city had already dug out 90% of the meter box. The replacement parts were pvc not gold Yes the issue was fixed but man what a price gouge.

$800 for a repair that took 2 hours. Maybe $15 in pvc parts used. The city of corona had already done 90% of the digging when the plumbers got here. I don t know, maybe I m crazy, but I really feel like I got taken advantage of. I ll never recommend these guys to anyone just because you of the pricing. The work was good and service was ok.

Prompt, courteous and efficient service.

Service person was late for about 20 minutes and I even almost late for work since the work was estimated for an hour but ended up more than 2 hours. the service person was polite but and result was good but not impressive.

The phone staff and our tech were courteous and professonal. Good experiance.

The repairman was knowledgeable and found the problem quickly.

My plumber from Rossman was Dale Skinner. This guy is great. He did exactly was said he do in a timely manner. Very friendly. He explained to me everything about the job, and possible problems in the future.

They installed my faucet, garbage disposal and airgap then told me the faucet was no good leaking internally. They left and I took it out and took it all apart only to find the feed lines loose which could have been tighten when installing so I re-enstalled it and tighten up the plumbers joints which were leaking I also had to fix the airgap by taking it out and straitened it up cutting the hose so it was not pinched off. The way they they had it installed was cocked to one and I mean way over which left a gap for water to run down from the counter to under sink. I even had to ask that he strap the drain up otherwise he would have left it. The price was outrages for the work done. I called a couple of weeks ago about reimbursing some of the money and am still waiting.

Would use again

Very nice and polite. Gave added advise. Pricey for 10 minutes of work. I guess that is plumbing.
