Rost Construction, LLC

I had my kitchen painted; some plastering had to be done ahead of time to correct some cracking that had taken place over the years. The job was completed in 2 days and is 100% nicer. I had very little cleanup to do afterwards. The painter did a great job!

Work performed was good. Replaced siding and windows damaged by storm. However, Requests for signed invoice of payments and service performed for insurance company have gone unanswered. 3 texts and an email to owners.

Very polite and quiet workers. Always asking how we wanted job done. Very neat, concientious of less waste. End of day everything cleaned up.

We are so very pleased, Jakob and his team are very professional, friendly and accommodating... we had to stay in a hotel for two weeks while they renovated our home, he kept in constant contact, answered all my questions and concerns while being away from my home and even checked and put up my mail. When we stopped over to see how the house was coming along they were very friendly, always working hard and answered all my questions and concerns. They were very meticulous about their work and even went above and beyond to make sure things were to perfection, they left no stone unturned and my house was cleaned up professionally from top to bottom when they were done. I would highly recommend Jakob and his team!! Not one moment of disappointment, my home is absolutely beautiful and I cant that you enough... Joella M.

They were reasonably priced for the amount of siding work that was requested in the bid. They and their team Jack who did the work was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was a very hard worker and completed the job in only 2 days and did a spotless clean up when he was finished with the job. You will not be disappointed if you hire their team of professionals.

Everyone very I dealt with extremely professional. Work quality excellent. Would recommend this company

We were so pleased with the work Jakob and his crew performed, we have ask him to do 2 more projects for us. Jakob is very easy to work with and his crew is professional, hard working and very accommodating. We highly recommend Rost Construction!!!

I had a very positive experience with Rost Construction this summer. During the heavy July Rains, our large skylight began leaking. I needed to get the skylight repaired as soon as possible, but was having trouble getting contractors to return my call. One contractor did come out and measured the skylight, but did not offer to correct the immediate situation until I would commit to his bid. I then called Rost construction. Jakob Rost answered the call himself and asked fact finding questions. Jakob sent out one of his associates, Jack, the next morning. After an initial review, Jack returned and found an old nail in the skylight flashing. He was able to make the repair without changing out the skylight. Of all the contractors I contacted (at least five), Rost construction was the only company that displayed a sense of urgency and a high level of competence. It is without hesitation that I recommend Rost construction for your project

Everything about our experience with Rost Construction was exceptional. They did high quality work, came when they said they would, finished on time and did amazing cleanup after the job was finished. I will certainly use them for future projects and highly recommend them to others.

Rost Construction is great to work with. They are extremely reliable, professional and committed to doing a quality job. Rost helped us install a 70'x35' wood and wire fence around our community garden on the West Side, working with a group of our volunteers. With their expertise and manpower, we were able to get the fence installed in 2 days and it looks great! We've received a lot of positive compliments from neighbors, and are so pleased with how the project turned out.

Quick, professional home repair service -all at a great price!! A pleasure to find someone who takes their work so seriously and is so committed both to doing the job right and to customer satisfaction. Would definitely use again!

Very easy to work with. The quality of the work was excellent and the finished kitchen and bathroom exceeded expectations. The work was completed on time and with respect to our budget. Work area was cleaned daily and at the end of the job. Will use them again.

Highly recommend, honest and reliable!
