Wonderful and helpful fellow

Cody McMullen and his partner arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with. My dryer vent had not been cleaned in over four years that I was aware of and the previous owner and I had dogs that created extra hair to be present in the vents. Cody and his partner were able to remove about 5 gallons of lint. I feel much safer now and Cody suggested a good timeline for future vent cleaning. I will certainly call Roth for future cleanings.

My 30-year-old LiftMaster garage door opener stopped working. Marcos gave me 3 different options. I chose the Chamberlain garage door. Marcos removed the old garage door opener, installed the newone and cleaned up in less than two hours.

The technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job. It wasn't cheap. But he got the job done and did it well, I think. We'll see how it holds up with time.

I?m giving them zero stars because I hate having to re-hire someone for the same job. Roth Home Technician caused a larger issue but swore it was fixed. Now I have a new crew out at my home and they are doing what Roth should have. I have to pay for another cleaning and that pisses me off but at least I know it?s done now. These guys couldn?t even tell me the wrong part was installed on the roof. I will never hire Roth Hones Again!

We had a new gas furnace installed by RothHome. The install was really well done. It was an all day job. Workers were just great and I was able to ask questions about the installation. We had an air conditioner put it at same time the furnace was installed. After using the air conditioner for the summer we had our routine checkup for furnace and air conditioner. The worker that worked on our checkup noticed that the wiring looked like it melted the plastic at the terminal. He went back to the office and alerted the management of what he found. They came right out that day and rewired the condtioner. This company is really on top of things and no charge to fix the problem. I want to say the technician that found the problem was amazing to find this problem before it could have been worse. I need to mention his name as I was so impressed with his knowledge. His name is Alexander Neumann. What a plus for RothHome. Thanks to him and thanks to RothHome will always use them. Thanks.

Justin was amazing! Came out quick to give me an estimate. Was able to come on the weekend to do the project. On time, courteous, and even remembered to not ring the doorbell so my dog wouldn’t go crazy! Very efficient with time and wire booties in the house. Loved the work and the professionalism. Josh Wilder from Roth Home was excellent. He inspected my outdoor faucet to provide me an estimate to get it fixed. During his inspection he determined there was a blockage and had got the faucet operating with running water in a matter of minutes. He was very professional, punctual, and courteous.
