Overall the experience was good. We did have to have them come back out as the first time it did not completely fix the issue. They sent a more experienced team member and he in very short order corrected the problem. Both gentlemen that came to the house were very professional. they cleaned....like it never happened.

Bill was an outstanding technician. After running the camera through the drain line, we realized that there was still some small blockage remaining. He worked until it was completely gone. That is service. I have always used RR but it had been some time since their last visit. I was truly impressed with Bill's customer service and attention to detail.

Dean with Roto Rooter worked on this project and saw it through when it was a very difficult repair. He did an excellent job and Chris also helped on the second phase of the project and did an excellent job. Both were very courteous and kept everything clean while working on the project. Once again Dean with Roto Rooter performed an excellent job replacing a toilet tank for us. His work was timely professional and did not interrupt the business while it was open.

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Sure they cleared the clog but did not find the cause of the blockage, we have had the problem reoccur but charged us $300.00 for running a snake down it.

Although the promised repair did not go as planned, the final result of stopping the water leak was accomplished. However, the main reason to hire them was due to the repair technology they had (twice the price) and the others did not. They said there was only a very small chance their machine would not work. It did not work. My front was left in a shambles, and with all of this rain, I have very large mud puddles.

I had a pipe burst due to the cold weather gripping the whole area. I was still able to get an appointment with Roto- Rooter the same day. Bill Ramsey did a great job in adverse conditions. I seriously doubt I could have had such a good attitude in the same situation. Job well done! My experience put to rest any fears of contacting a plumber in the future. And in the future, that contact will be Roto-Rooter and Bill Ramsey
