Roto-Rooter is a professional company that has the knowledge to get things done. They evaluate the issue and make a recommendation. Christian Rodriguez spent a few hours assessing the situation and communicating with his superiors. After an evaluation, they came up with a plan to restore my Jack and Jill toilet once and for all. On the day of the service, Christian Rodriguez and Juan Lerma showed up on a timely manner and with the equipment needed to get the job done. Together they worked effortlessly to unplug the plumbing area. I was able to witness this process. The neat thing about his company is that they record the process and then send you the files for your records. Would I hire them again? Absolutely and without hesitation.

I called Roto-Rooter after many attempts at other providers. The technician came by at the time he specified. Mr. Lerma and his assistant were very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Mr. Lerma checked the problem out, asked all the vital questions and then explained the solution and cost to fix the problem. I wish all companies hired people like Mr. Lerma and his assistant. I was very satisfied with the work. Will highly recommend Roto-Rooter and use them again.

They were there about a day before I expected them from the availability I saw here on Home Advisor so that was good. But boy it was a lot of money for the work they had to do to clear the drain. You get pretty scared when they first come and you don't want them to have to come back so I went for their the higher of the two options they offered. My tech was very pleasant and very unassuming. It would also be great to know where your tank lid is, in addition to where the clean out fitting is -- remember that!

They were so friendly and helpful there work. I recommend to the guy who want to fix and be worried about clogging a drain. I want to say appreciate!

These guys were very professional and took the time to examine and figure out the issue. Very friendly and very professional workmanship. Although my appointment was set for 1-4 p.m. and they arrived at 6:30 p.m. it was worth the wait..

Within an hour, he had my kitchen sink drain flowing and draining the way it should be. I would definitely call them again for my plumbing needs!
