Tech arrived Sunday morning as promised. He assessed the situation and advised the best solution. He was very professional and personable. He explained his procedure and even provided some tips to reduce the chance of clogs in the future. Was a bit expensive, but overall pleased as our drain now works properly!

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Technician is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained to me whatâ  s the problem with my water heater and he explain to me in detail whatâ  s need to be done, total cost and how long he will perform the job. During the process of replacing the heater, he keep me abreast of what heâ  s doing and when heâ  s done, he inspect his work for leaks and making sure that everything is working properly. If in the future that I have plumbing problem again, I wonâ  t even hesitate to hire them again.

Sewer Main - Clear
The liner in the main line has a life time warranty. Royo Rooter came out and fixed root invasion promptly, courteously, and efficiently. There knowledge and explanation of the situation was excellent and easy to understand. We sincerely appreciate their help. I would highly recommend their company.
