Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup - Salt Lake City

They came out on a Saturday, but could not finish the job, they had to come back on Monday morning to finish up. When they put the sink back together, they forgot to install back the garbage disposal. They also did not have too much knowledge of the piping and because of that, they only replace one for Spicket and only replace parts on another. When I tried to call to complain about the garbage disposal, they kept circling back to different phone numbers.

They sent out a trainee who didn't know where to start clearing our garbage disposal drain so he tried to enter via several different pipes. Nothing worked so he called his supervisor who mcae to our home appx 30-45 minutes later. The supervisor scolded the trainee and showed him where to enter the main pipe under a completely different cabinet next to the kitchen sink cabinet. They then inserted a water pressure hose and turned in on full blast. I went downstairs into our family room and saw water pouring out of our ceiling. Running upstairs I told them to stop. The Supervisor came downstairs to look and said that there was nothing he could and said he knew some guy at another company that would fix our family room ceiling for appx $1000. The Supervisor left. The trainee said we still owed them $200. They left. This was my first experience with angie's List and have Never Returned! My home is located on the est side of the valley in Olympus Hills.

They were very responsive and stayed in touch over the phone. They informed me of what was going on. They were able to get the job done in 1 day. Overall, it was a positive experience and we had no problems.

It turned out really well, so far. It was a good experience. They were really efficient. They called the city to make sure they got the sewer line out here and they also gave me a warranty certificate. I felt confident and happy because they made the process easier for us.

It turned out great. However, the price was a little on the high side. I may look around in the future for other companies that are cheaper that to just as good work.

Sewage began bubbling out of the toilet, the bath tub, leaking out of the washing machine, and the house was flooding! They were there within an hour, and it took approximately 4 hours to fix the problem and for them to be gone. No issues or recurrence since the repair. Excellent job!!

The guys that came out were very thorough, even though they could not find the problem. Our basement has not flooded since, so I am at a loss for what had happened down there. I trust that Roto-Rooter didn't find any problems with the plumbing because there were no problems. They did a great job following up afterwards, to make sure the problem didn't arise again.

They were fast.

The work was done promptly. However, they asked my husband about putting Root X in the line and he declined. They came in and asked me without telling me that he had declined. The Root X was an additional $132.00. Also their price in 2003 for the same service was $99.75 and it was $219.75 this time. This was an unreasonable increase for the same service.

I noticed they had a time frame instead of an exact time which was an inconvenience. I also thought that the price was a little high for fifteen minutes worth of work. However they took the effort to make sure he didn't leave a mess, which was nice.

They arrived within an hour of my call. The actual job took only five minutes, and they were done with everything in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them!

They did an awesome job. They came out right away to fix it. We didn't have to wait at all. They were very professional, too.

They arrived on time, but did not clean up everything after they got done finishing their work. The job was done to our satisfaction. The worker that came out to our home was a very friendly guy.

I would recommend Roto-rooter to family and friends. I would call them again if I ever needed to. They explained things to me, and overall I had a good experience with this company. They are very high-tech and they do a good job.

I was very satisfied with their work. They got the job done without leaving a huge mess. I just wish they could have come sooner. It took a little while to get them out here.

They were very professional and clean. The only thing I didn't like was that their cell phone kept going off, so they took to longer to get the job done. Otherwise, they did excellent work.
