It went very well. Both times I have used Roto Rooter the experience went well. The servicemen involved were extremely efficient and very willing to take care of the problem as quickly as possible. Any time I need a plumber in the future I plan to call them.

My handicapped sister-in-law had drain issues in her condo. She contacted Rotor-Rooter to clear. A tech showed up for a few hours, cleared the lines and performed the work as needed. They charged her a commercial rate, not residential. She had a $75 coupon and the tech just sold her $76 worth of useless products to supposedly help keep the lines clear. I called the office 2 weeks ago to speak with the manager and he never returned my call. They clearly took advantage of her. I would never recommend using this company.
