Customer service was great. Called, scheduled, issue resolved all in the same morning. Professional work, hopefully don't need their services again but if I do I know who I'm calling.

Correspondence between us was very good. Kept me updated on when they would arrive. Cameron was an excellent young man. Very polite and professional and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend them For anyone having plumbing issues.

Jim Ruger came and was so pleasant plus from the way he works, you can tell he takes his work very seriously. I would recommend Roto Ruger for any type of drain cleaning, etc. . Plus his prices are very reasonable.

Talk about completely satisfied. I called requesting a call for service and the technician Cameron showed up within 20 minutes of my request for service. Heck, I don't even think it was 20 minutes. This young man was completely professional, efficient and explained the process as he cleaned out my sewer lines. Cleaned up after himself. You never knew he was here other than I can do laundry now. I would highly I mean highly recommend this company for any water back up/ sewer line issues. Oh I can't leave this out, their pricing was reasonable, extremely reasonable. Quite a bit less than I've paid from other companies in the past and was never as satisfied as I was today. Keep up the good work. And thank you for your quick and efficient service.

Both men were very nice, polite. They were very respectful with their clean up I would recommend rotor router for any drain cleaning or anything they are able to do. I will definitely only use them from here on out. Thanks

Jim is awesome. Called Saturday night at 10:00 for main drain back up into basement shower. He came out Sunday morning first thing. We knew we could wait until morning. All drains are flowing! I will call him again and recommend to friends and family.

My basement was discovered to have backup at around 8am, Rotor Ruger was contacted at 845 am, was at my house by 945 am and cleaning up by 1015 am. This man is a God send and heâ s polite and professional. I truly appreciate his service and highly recommend him. Again thank you.

I was visiting my mother in Iowa and her sink wouldnâ t drain and I couldnâ t fix it. It was on Labor Day and I was not sure if I could get anyone to come out that day. Jim responded and came out that morning to get the sink working properly. Jim did a great job and answered all questions that I had pertaining to sink he was fixing. I passed on to my family to call on Jim if there are any more plumbing issues.

Jim helps with drains but has also helped me hang a couple doors and mount a TV stand, so he doesnâ t mind doing some light handyman work too. I donâ t know what weâ d do without him!

He was very courteous, reasonably priced. Was on time at both jobs he did for me. He also installed a kitchen sink & faucet & replaced the shelf under the sink , which was beyond repair from a leak. I would highly recommend Jim for any handyman job..
