DO NOT USE!!! This company fails to respond to return calls, provide service on time to customers, and makes excuses for poor service. Go elsewhere.

"We are sorry you had a poor experience. Your time frame was between 8am and 12pm. The tech called 2x during that time frame and did not receive a call back until a hour and half later in which that was outside you apt time frame. Our company policy states that we cannot just show up on a property without a call first ensuring someone over the age of 18 is there. We also have a policy that our tech cannot be on the phone while in a customer's home or driving for the safety of others. I explained those policies to you and offered a reschedule date and you then declined. We again are sorry for you poor experience with our company and thank you for the feedback, it helps us make our company stronger."
