Tom was prompt in his return for a requested quote. He came the next day on time as promised. He is obviously very experienced and professional. He showed up on time to perform the requested electrical work and was extremely detailed in his work. Also he is very pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend Tom for any electrical work you need.

Tom was awesome, friendly, professional, reasonable. He called when he said he would, came on time (he was actually a bit early) did great work, explained why he was doing what he was. Went above and beyond, fit our very small job in to his schedule. Would highly recommend- will definitely use his services again. Great experience.

Electrical Baseboard or Wall Heater Service
From the very first phone call, Tom Rousseau was very knowledgeable and informative. We had a 45 year old 10 ft baseboard heater which is not made any more. He replaced it with two 5 ft heaters that fit in exactly the same spot and look great. He wired them according to directions, but there was very little heat. When we called the next day, he came right out and rewired it the way he was used to and they are now heating fine. He said he would never leave a customer without being satisfied. Price was fair for all the research he did and we thank him very much!

We worked with Tom over a number of months. There were times when we both agreed to let work wait because of our schedules. When we got to the final projects, I was informed there wasn't enough for him to come and do the work, therefore there were additional charges. Also, we paid for an extra hour and fixtures that are still owed to us. When I asked, I was told I would be reimbursed. It's been many months, the final projects have been completed by others, and I am still waiting for the refund. Tom does great work and is very direct - which I appreciated. I do wish however that we could have resolved this financial issue.

He had difficulty understanding that by making me come back multiple times for short calls.................it would cost him more..........he felt his time was important but that, mine was not..............wrong............. his, is important................mine is an hourly rate! Tom replied quickly, came out to survey the projects, then returned to complete the work...all in a very timely manner. Very friendly and very professional. He problem-solved efficiently and even found & fixed a couple improperly installed fixtures. I was impressed with his knowledge and how efficiently he worked, didn't waste any time, got right to it and got it done the right way. Will hire him again without any hesitation and unconditionally recommend him.

I sent out numerous request to have an old range hood replaced and a new one to be installed and Tom was the only one who responded. Tom came to my house and disconnect my old range hood and installed the new one. He did a fantastic job. The range hood looks good. Tom was very professional and answered all my question that I asked. If i need any more electrical done my house I will call him first. Thank you Tom.

Tom Rousseau replaced about 10 dimmer switches that were causing my LED bulbs to flicker. During the process, he discovered a âregularâ light switch that had been improperly installed and replaced that too. Tom is both professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend his service. Nice guy too!

He leaves a mess behind him and nickles and dimes you. Spent a few hours cleaning up after him and being a women i was told by the ex husband I got taken..
