About us
Established in 1975 . Owner, David Routt has 55 years of roofing experience and 45 years as a Sacramento Valley business specializing in residential Composition roofing and composition roof repairs. We are a small roofing company and we believe in high quality installation. We focus our attention on one roof at a time. We would be pleased to schedule an appointment for a free estimate. Most roofs can be torn off and water proofed in one day. We take debris at the time of tear off. No dumpster remains at your home. We hand nail for quality. Hand nailing is more precise than staples, which can either penetrate to shallow or too deep. We install metal valleys which will give your roof a longer life. We would appreciate the opportunity to give you a free estimate. WE DO NOT DO TILE REPAIRS OR INSTALLATIONS. MANUFACTURED HOMES, 8 x 12 PITCH STEEP ROOFING OR 2 YEAR CERTIFICATES

"It was a pleasure to work for this homeowner. The increase in price was due to dry rot repair. Unfortunately at times this cannot be seen until the roof area is torn off. We do try to keep the price as close to the estimate as possible and to estimate the dry rot repair in advance."
