Rodent Pest Control Service
After several visits it was determined we had bats not mice out on our patio. Then they wanted $500 for something that would last 2 years. We put up netting ourselves. Problem solved.

Rodent Pest Control Service
Very personable and professional technician. Explained the contract and services thoroughly: what was being done and what further work was required. Would like to have had more work done in sealing up the house, thus the 3 point value rating.

They were here for 10 minutes and left. Not very thorough. Now we're locked into a year contract. Not happy.

Rodent Pest Control Service
Never caught the squirrel. We Thought He Had Ran OUT THE Back Door But He Hadn't As I Had A Face OFF WITH THE Squirrel THE Next Day When I came home. I heard him in the attic that weekend but haven't heard or seen anything in about a week or so. Just hoping he left the house how he got in

Small Animal Pest Control Service
Di liked the service person. I just did not like the fact that I was required to pay the entire amount up front. It puts me, the home owner in an disadvantageous position. If they fail to follow up I am left to pursue legal remedy at a cost in time and money. There has to be a better alternative.

Bug and Insect Pest Control Service
Service person was professional and knowledge - gave me confidence that the chemicals used would be the right ones and that they would be applied appropriately. Seemed a bit pricey, but given the knowledge and care needed to do the job probably was okay - $189 to deal with some wasps.

The rep was very prompt and explained exactly what he was doing and what to expect on future visits. I have not seen any bees since they came. I did sign up for the full service plan so we will see how it goes long term.
