they came on time, checked the door, needed springs which they didn't have on the truck and needed to be ordered. The returned within a few days on time, changed the springs and adjusted the opener. The job was completed within an hour. Tek was very polite.

Rowe is an excellent business with outstanding staff. My parents are in their 90's and asked me to make arrangements to repair their garage door. Not only was the price for repairs acceptable, but the Rowe workers went above and beyond our expectations by providing quick and permanent service. In fact my mother called me to say how very respectful and personable Rowe personnel were on making them feel safe and cared for. On behalf of my parents I sincerely thank Rowe!!!
