I got my fence gate repaired from Rowe earlier this year. The fence gate Rowe repaired broke within 7 months. I contacted and sent pictures of the broken gate but didn't hear back even after repeated attempts to contact.

"I apologize for not contacting you back. I was in the process of moving and based on the pictures you sent me, it appears the gate slammed shut against something and chipped a few planks. I stand by the quality of my work but in the event that something breaks due to someone else's negligence or an act of god. I can't warranty that. Especially in the event of repair as opposed to rebuilding. I only changed a few planks and runners. I recommend you start keeping a brick or something to hold the gate opened whale the lawn mower goes through to avoid this in the future."

Marshall showed up on time, gave me an estimate and finished the repair when he said he would. Did such a good job on the gate, for the first time since I moved in, I can open the gate without a struggle. He knew exactly what was needed. Marshall cleaned up everything before he left. Overall it was a great experience working with Marshall.
