Shortly after meeting Mr. Rowe, I knew his company would be the one I hired. He was patient with all my questions (and I asked a lot of them) and never was condescending or manipulative. His price was $50 more than other estimates but I felt that was a fair trade off for a company whose owner was so knowledgeable and had such a great reputation. When his team arrived at my house, I didn't think he was coming but I couldn't have cared less. Like Mr. Rowe, all were knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient. I had no concerns about leaving my house and it's belongings in their hands. I was also reminded that it was recommended to stay out of my house for 24 hours. Not one other company told me this and seeing I have birds which includes an Amazon parrot, this was important information. I am very happy with the quality of their work and would recommend them highly. Seeing I have worked professional construction projects with family members, I can be very hard to please and a bit suspicious about the claims made by some companies. I have heard the big claims some contractors make and then seen the sad results when the client has to hire someone else to fix their mistakes. This is NOT the case with Rowe Insulation. The job they did was higher than even my standards!

The job was extremely efficient and timely accomplished. Kevin responded to my needs quickly and met my almost impossible deadline. My only issue is having to pay an extra 3% for the use of a credit card. That is an expense of doing business and should be absorbed by the company not the customer.

They were available the next day. The workmen showed up on time, were very workmanlike in doing the job, cleaned up after the work was completed and left in about two hours. Their work was excellent and I highly recommend them.

They did a great job. Spray foam insulation is a messy job, but they cleaned up very well afterward. Very professional. Very courteous. Well worth the money, made the attic bonus room extremely comfortable space. Highly Recommended.

I am a retired Design Build Residential Contractor who demands professionalism when working on my home. I was impressed with Kevin from our initial meeting because of his knowledge of the proper way to accomplish the work I needed done. When I reseived his proposal it was thorough, he provided a detailed scope of work that protected me from any possible miscommunication about what and how the work was to be done. Finally, he priced the project reasonably. The peace of mind from the professionalism of the entire team during the completion of the project to the quality workmanship was everything I expected. His workers arrived as scheduled and had a great work ethic quickly completing the installation and repair. They reported any problems to me before covering them up. My experience was refreshing and I have already referred them to my friends, and will continue to do so.
