They are always prompt. They never miss a date. They come on time or earlier. The one girl that does the cleaning is excellent.

I received a confirmation call the day before my appt from the owner of the company who was very nice! We had to push the show time back a little but it was fine for me! The woman showed up right on time and got right to work! She did an amazing job and worked fast! I am very happy with the work as well as the excellent customer service!

These professionals arrived on time, discussed what was needed and went to work. They were thorough and competent. I added to the job and they were pleasant and accommodating. I was very pleased.

Since I am handicapped, I was not able to check all rooms, etc., until after they had left...emptying an ashtray into a clean (washed) trash can and not emptying the trash can is not acceptable...did not vacuum under sofa cushions, even though they were informed that I often eat on my sofa. Laminate flooring was thoroughly washed, but left with many streaks.

I hired Jason's crew to clean my house before I moved in. They did a good job, but not what I wanted, so I called Jason and he personally came over and rectified the problem without any hesitation. I would definitely recommend Rowlands to anyone. They were very professional and really care about their customers. Thanks Jason!

They used a steam mop to clean my laminate and wood floors. Big mistake unless you rinse or change the pad when soiled. It left streaks and was not clean, even in the kitchen. The microwave was not touched and it was very dirty.

Arrived on time. Were very nice and professional. Cleaning was not up to par for the price and length of time to do the job

Fast, on time, job well done! But need to have a blower to blow off area that was cleaned up...would have been easier than sweeping. Just saying. Great job anyway.

My Husband told me that he would get the entire house deep cleaned for Mother's Day. From the friendliness of Jason to getting all of my kids toys in their playroom organized, I truly wish I could rate this company a 10 out of 5.
