I cannot say enough positive things about Paul! Not only did he instantly figure out our issue and resolve it, but he took the time to slowly talk us through every bit of what had happened and advise on how to prevent our unit from breaking in the future. As new homeowners, we cannot express how much this is truly appreciated. His patience and expertise is unmatched! We will absolutely be returning in the future. Would absolutely recommend, 1000%.

My A/C failed overnight during a string of days in the mid- to upper 90s. I reached Paul at 8 am and he and his team had our system fixed and running again by noon...same day! That compares other A/C service companies saying they could get to it in 2 - 3 days and an emergency service premium trip charge.

I noted my AC was not working and within the hour after HomeAdvisor contacted three contractors, Paul Suppes called, presented and replaced the capacitor and cleaned the unit. The cost was 1/6 of what I paid a previous company in the Denver area for the same service 5 years ago. He is now in my business contact book for future AC and furnace repairs and installations. I am IMPRESSED!

For the services I received from Paul/Suppes HVAC, I rate them off scale high. Very professional, responsive, prompt, and at a cost 1/3 of my other lowest estimate. Paul did my inspection and repairs during typical off hours due to my schedule needs. Similarly to other reviewers, I had been told my best option was to replace the furnace, instead we replaced two parts (inducer and control board) and were back up and running. I now recommend Suppes HVAC to anyone I know for any type of HVAC service, and will be a recurring customer from now on.

Paul has worked on my A/C twice, my son's heater, and both the A/C and heater at my mother's house. In the case of my son, one contractor had already told him his furnace needed replacing, so I suggested he call Paul. Sure enough, it was a minor repair. In every case, Paul has found the easiest fix, his prices are reasonable, and he's genuinely just a very nice person.

Paul came out and replaced my water heater quickly and for a great price. Had an issue with the water heater 14 months after installation (conveniently after the 12 month warranty expired), but that was a GE issue and not an issue from installation. He came out, attempted a fix, and didn't charge for the trip.

Two other contractors had already pushed us to purchase a new furnace. Paul noted the simple remedies for two issues the others had overlooked, quickly corrected the problems, and reassured us we could postpone a big furnace purchase for now. He provided clear info about furnace options for our situation when we ARE ready for that step - we will certainly use Paul Suppes HVAC when that time comes! Honesty, fair pricing, professionalism & knowledge make this contractor one we trust & will highly recommend!

Central Humidifier Installation and Replacement
Paul would never show up when he said he would. He would not return my phone calls either. It took almost a month to install a humidifier. Then, it broke in 2 months time and it took almost 2 weeks before he came out and finally fixed it. Paul is a nice guy, but he is totally unreliable.

"We did have some delays. I do have to put Certain emergencies at the top of the list (No heat calls,sewer line is backed up and leaking water heaters). So I do own it and I have to re route the schedule to try to make every one happy witch intern causes some delays in peak times. I do return phone calls and schedule or I wouldn't be in bushiness. I took carry of the warranty on the product after it failed for Dan,I was able to have Honeywell approve an entire new steam humidifier. I also reinstalled the steam humidifier to a more convenient side of the furnace at no extra charge. Work was done to his furnace and water leak in his basement"

I hired Paul to replace my gas water heater. While he was at it, he assessed my entire furnace/water heater area...shoring up a couple of pipes with braces, added two water hammer arrestors to my washing machines hoses and fully resurrected my humidifier system that has been completely dead for 10 years (as a one-off effort); a big improvement to the whole 'zone'. All the while providing me with quality general and maintenance information. Paul was also very fair in pricing and insisted I call him if anything went South. I would highly recommend.

Paul's work was outstanding. I had a fairly intricate issue that another HVAC specialist wasn't able to fix. While Paul was at my house he also fixed 2 of my fireplaces. He is truly an expert and I would recommend him if you would like the work done correctly.
