Roy was quick to respond. He came to my residence and quoted the project. It was for building a new deck off my back door. Roy took on the project from start to finish. The quality of his workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend Roy and his team to anyone. Roy is very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Roy & sons, Ryan & Adam were so easy to work with; friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, neat and above all highly skilled at their craft. They did 2 projects for us. They designed a low rise wooden bridge on a walkway that was disrupted by large tree roots. They broke up and hauled away all the concrete as well. The second project was a wood deck. Each project was done in one day. I highly recommend Roy M Deane, LLC and would use them again for any contractor projects.

I hired Roy to build a deck, we have a contract to replace and build a deck the same size as the old deck, they came and dismantled the deck, the deck was suppose to be built the same as the original deck, the steps were suppose to be almost twice the width wider than they built them, deck is not built like the original it is approximately 9 inches shorter, no permit was pulled either

Absolute 5 stars... Roy gave me as much information as he could when I first called him. He then came and checked the site where the deck was going to be built. I added some extra details of how I wanted the deck to be built. He gave me the final estimate and a starting date. Roy started right on time and completed the job earlier.

We wanted a 9'x12' deck at the front entrance to our mobile home. Roy handled everything seamlessly...from contract to architectural drawings to permit to inspections...we didn't have to do a thing. Roy kept us informed at every step. He and his two sons built us a beautiful deck that exceeded our expectations. They were a pleasure to work with! Roy is a real professional, I highly recommend him.

Roy did a wonderful job I'm very happy with the result. I had two other projects a plumbing job and a fence. he completed both in a timely manner and we were very happy with both. pricing was good as well
