His work was well done, since it is only a annual maintenance. But he broke a draining pipe without notice. I got water leakage once AC started. He fixed without charging us, but damage was there. I will look for another AC guy next year.

The company came on-time. On work on my problem until it was resolved.

He responded very quickly, found the problem. It took a while to find the part. The other contractor couldn't find the part at all. The repair was quick, clean and efficient. He fixed the problem for less than 10% of the estimate that I got from the other contractor. I recommend Mr Roy as the AC contractor of choice.

Our ac broke down on a really hot week and the minute we submitted our home advisor request, Ryan called. And even said that he would come same day. He diagnosed the problem right away (very efficient). And came back the very next day and installed the new ac unit. His price was very reasonable. He was a life saver. The technician was able to come late on a Sunday to repair my A/C unit which was the only time that fit into my schedule. He arrived when he was supposed to and diagnosed the issue right away. The repair ended up being slightly more costly than I was expecting based on the amount of work done, but everything is running great again so I can't complain.
