This was my first time getting a roofing job. I sought three estimates and went with Roy Roofing. Ken was patient with my questions, informative, quick with email communication, and responsive to my second and third round of questions. On the day of the job he was on-site with his work team, they removed the two layers that were on my house, and they got the job done in one day just like Ken Roy said they would. The dumpster was gone the next morning and I was left with a gorgeous roof and a cleaned up yard. On top of all that I got to support an in-town North Andover business. Highly recommend.

Ken Roy is very easy to work with. He is reachable, calls you back and did a great job. He estimated when the job would be done and stayed on schedule and budget.

Excellent job. Cleanup was in process all during the roof application, as well as the house was draped to catch all debris. Ken was there each day as work was being done. The crew is friendly and efficient. All in all a very good experience. Roof looks great. Would certainly recommend Roy Roofing.

Ken was great to work with right from the beginning. Gave us a fair price and showed up on time. His crew was respectful of our home and property and did great cleaning up as they went. Only found a few nails! Had a issue with the gutter covers they reinstalled, but ken came back and took care of it with a smile! Would highly recommend his company!
