We needed our ice maker outlet box and water valve replaced, and Nate Ihsan from Royal Design Remodel Repair did a fantastic job. Hi! We have worked with Nate at Royal Design Remodeling and Repair a couple of times now. The first time was for a small job of removing a contractor-grade mirror from the upper bathroom and installing it in a home gym. The pair were quick and did a beautiful job. The second job was more extensive and involved the demolition of the bathroom counter, sink, new plumbing, and new countertop, and installing cabinetry and an outlet/electricity. Nate did a spectacular job and we are so happy with the result and our improved bathroom. We would not hesitate to hire him again for our next project. Thank you!

Everything was fixed and installed properly. The only problem was the price increased $300 without notice. I feel he should have informed me before he completed the work! Lesson learned on my part.

We asked for a dog door to be installed in a wall. Unfortunately, a drain pipe ran right where we wanted the door, but Nate thought on his toes and was able to engineer around the problem. The results were way, way better than we expected. Nate was responsive, friendly and fair.
