The young man that came to my house was very nice. He was thorough when checking out the problem. Explained a couple of things and answered my questions knowledgeably. He ordered the part and when he came back to install it he was very tidy. The price compared to other repair places was a lovely surprise, reasonable - have not said that in a long time! It was definitely a very good repair experience. I will use them again! Thanks to you Home Advisor and to Royal Appliances.

Carlos, my serviceman even came 10-15 minutes early, was courteous, pleasant, answered all my questions, promptly diagnosed the problems, was able to fix my dryer in "mock time" of I'd say 15 minutes, diagnosed the problem and remedy for my washer, said he'd call me this afternoon with the cost structure and time frame which he promptly did. I'm ready to move forward as soon as the parts are received. My Dad was in the same business including sales for 50 years where I also worked for a short time and I can say, both my Dad and I give "Kudos" to Royal Appliances!

Need an error code reset on my Bosch dishwasher. Not a big job but according to Bosch requires a service call to confirm error issue. After reading the reviews for the Bosch authorized service dealers I decided to try Home Advisor. I put my request in Sunday evening. Got a call from them Monday 8AM to be here Tuesday at 10AM. They called to say on their way and were here right on time. They were courteous, friendly, and quick to resolve the issue and ran a cycle to confirm all working correctly. I will be calling them again in the future as I have a few more appliances that need some attention. I will also be recommending them to anyone who needs a reliable appliance repair company.
