Had a complete 5 ton system removed and 4 ton installed. Absolute professional with A1 quality work. He was very informative and honest about what I needed without any pressure to buy. Actually welcomed me to get a second opinion to confirm his diagnosis. Well I did and he was absolutely right. The company that gave me the second opinion had a wait time of 3 weeks but Blue Hill was able to do it the following business day. CLEAN installation! Would absolutely hire again and/or recommend his services.

I wish I had known about Blue Hill several years ago. Isom and his employee, Mark? , were professional, respectful, but more importantly honest. A quality I have rarely found with past heat & air companies. Isom is very knowledgeable and carries himself well- highly recommend this company.

Isom is very knowledgeable, personable, helpful and patient. He replaced our heat & air unit. His team was very professional and dedicated. They worked late into the evening to ensure that we had heat that night. It was great getting to know him and his company. Can't recommend Blue Hill Heat & Air high enough.

This is an exceptional company. On a hot June afternoon, with temperatures rising to record levels, I contacted Blue Hill because my AC was still not performing after I had gone through all the DIY procedures I knew to try. Not only did Mr. Hill accommodate my late day service request in short order, his courteous and professional demeanor coupled with a thorough grasp of his trade gave me complete confidence in his ability to effectively service my AC. He took the time to clean and inspect it in detail while explaining every step of the procedure as he performed it. I will use no other HVAC service going forward, and when the time comes to replace the system, Blue Hill will get my call. Highly recommended.

They did both the upstairs and downstairs systems with both heat and cooling for each. They were very punctual and explained everything very well for me. They were also reasonably priced and are planning to do a follow up for me to make sure everything is functioning well.

Our furnace went out at midnight the Friday before Christmas as it was snowing! Plugged in a couple of electric heaters and pulled up up the Home Advisor app. Blue Hill Electric sent me text immediately wanting to know if we are okay. He said the parts house opens at 7:30 so he would be there at 7:00. Took him a while to find the part, but he got the furnace fixed so we could leave for Christmas in Branson! We will be using them after the holidays to replace the furnace and air conditioner!

This was an emergency repair with my heat gooing out suddenly. The technician called before arriving stating he was running a little behind. He arrived and immediately diagnosed my problem as a faulty gas valve. He had a replacement on his truck and was able to repair very efficiently. He was extememly professional knowledgeable and very courteous. I was very pleased with the results.

Isom showed me the instruments and told me what to expect. He was up front with me. He is a person of character that I trust. I should have called him first as the other company that I hired walked off with my money without fixing the real problem- a ripoff.
