Very accommodating to every need. Special care needs to be taken when describing the job to make sure clear communication has taken place, i.e., the extent of the work to be done. Excellent group of technicians. Nick keeps it all on a high quality level.

The carpets look very good and shiny. The job was done In a very professional manner. I was very skeptical at the beginning but I was wrong. That also helped to put the carpets under the furniture. The carpets look like new again. Very satisfied!

Probably the best customer service ever. had to put them off 3 times and they still came back and did a absolutely Fantastic job. Had an oriental rug and they knew exactly who made it, what it was worth and how good it was. Price was also right on target.. I have no complaints and will use them for other services..

I honestly have to say that I was impressed with the job Royal Carpet did. I have a light colored Peking and it looks like new again. They were able to get out stains that I really didn't think would ever come out. It also feels soft and smells fresh. I would have given them 5 stars but I didn't, because they are a little expensive.

Rugs were soaking wet and are still wet 24 hours later. Sold a moth repellant which was unnecessary for $100. Tried to negotiate unmercifully on three oriental rugs and not price competitive. Did not move all furniture as requested and had to ask several times. Bottom line: cleaned one bed room carpeting (12 x 14) for $326 including tax. Did not know there Iis tax applicable to rug cleaning ???

The technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The job was expensive but the wall-to-wall carpet looked very good when he had finished. He came an hour later than the window I had been given without informing me of the delay but was extremely efficient when he came.

Very quick response time, they were there immediately! The job ended up being very expensive but I think it's a case of you get what you pay for. They seem to really know their stuff when it comes to rugs. They did an excellent job and again, they were very responsive (they return calls right away!).

they picked up my 9x12 very heavy oriental rug, cleaned, deodorized and delivered and put it back down lifting up the necessary furniture. Rug looks beautiful again!

Besides excellent work done exactly to my specifications, Royal has the outstanding quality of showing up. When other recommended vendors only asked me for information, Royal's representative was at the site almost immediately. They picked up and delivered the finished work timely. I would use them again if a similar situation arises.

My rugs look like new. I had black oil stains on one carpet. A previous company did not get them out. Royal carpet got them completely out with no discoloration. I will be using them again. Great service.
