I called Royal Plumbing three years ago for a leak on my main water pipe coming into my home and they called Valley Contracting to excavate. They charged me $4000.00 just for the excavating of a 10 and 5 foot area. They opened a permit and both companies neglected to get the job inspected by the town of New Windsor. This past week I had another leak in my main water line. Valley wanted 3000.00 just to open the hole again knowing that it wasn't inspected the first time, and I couldn't sell my home with an open permit. I hired another company Maravillo and Castillo which charged me 4850.00 to replace my whole water line which is 70 feet of trenching and new piping, and guess what we found. Royal Class and Valley Contracted cut up my whole irrigation system and buried it. My advice is NOT to use either of these companies. Please do your homework before using both of these companies.

My wife and I spent over $17,000.00 to have two units installed by Royal Class. After a couple of days, we contacted the company because the way they installed one of the units caused a loud sound when the air blew out. Royal Class stated that it was because we now had a stronger unit and wanted another $2,000+ to get rid of the sound! And here's the kicker: we were told by the company that if they had known about the sound before they installed the unit, it would have been taken care of at no additional charge. My family and I now have to live with a loud a/c.
