One Time Interior House Cleaning
Despite being marketed as a Deep Cleaning, the service was incomplete and unsatisfactory. The following tasks were poorly executed or entirely missed and not completed: Wiping the exterior of the refrigerator, dusting and polishing furniture, Cleaning window sills, emptying and cleaning trash cans, removing cobwebs behind doors mopping floors. After contacting the provider, they offered to return to address the issues. However, based on the substandard quality of their initial work, I have no confidence that a second attempt would meet expectations. I also do not have the time or inclination to instruct them on how to properly perform a deep cleaning, something a professional service should know how to do. I paid $350.00 at the time of service, as requested, and subsequently requested a refund due to the poor performance. I was informed that Royal Cleaning Services does not offer refunds, which I find unacceptable given the circumstances. This experience has been extremely frustrating,

"Mr. Clark, The cleaning crew was at your home 4 1/2 - 5 hours cleaning your home. I stopped by your home to ensure everything was going well. You were asked 3 times how was the cleaning going and you said great. Before the team left your home I personally asked you how did the cleaning look and you said "great!" You were sitting in the living room when the furniture was being dusted, and you were downstairs when the floors were being mopped. You went upstairs to check the level of service as well before the crew left your home. Not only was the trash removed from your home, one of the cleaners were kind enough to pull your large can into your garage. Our team members are cordial and always go above and beyond for our customers and clients. While the crew was at your home they also helped to put away your groceries, and added your laundry to your washer. You contacted our company several days after your cleaning was done and stated that you weren't satisifed with the cleaning. I offered several times to send a crew back out to correct any missed areas. You refused to have a crew come back to clean, and we never saw any proof of the missed areas. You also did not inform me of what is listed in your review during our conversation. I then discounted your service price. It is unbelievable that you went as far as to place a stop-payment on your check. It was very disappointing to send a crew to provide a service and you refuse to pay for their time and labor. In spite of what our team experienced with this situation, we always have and always will stand on be kind, be fair, be honest, be true, and all of these things will come back to you."

One Time Interior House Cleaning
We had some sheetrock work done in our house and at the last minute we decided to hire someone to clean our downstairs. Saw Royal Cleaning Services on Home Advisor - called and Wanda answered. We needed someone within a couple of hours - all of her crews were out....but, she volunteered tom come out with her husband and clean. She quoted a fair price and they came and they conquered the downstairs - it's spotless - they did an awesome job. They were friendly, courteous, professional, on time with a fair price.
