Had a recent issue with my AC and Sal was very responsive and very focused on identifying the problem. He is honest, has a lot of experience in the industry, charges reasonable prices and was able to diagnose the problem in a short period of time. (Turned out to be a warranty issue with the main circuit board.) I would highly recommend him.

my thermostat went out a month ago, trying to get someone to come see what the problem is. the whole unit was installed approx 2 yrs ago.

sal the owner is so honest and steve the man came to do repair was great explained everything im so happy i found royal comfort they are the best they came in the rain to look at my furnance and installed new part the next day i highly recommend this company

The efficacy of their work was amazing. I called one day and the next they were there installing a whole unit. This was a great experience, the gentleman were very professional and courteous.

Sal & technician installed a furnace/air unit. They were on time, professional & expedient. There was a "whooshing" noise from the heater that concerned me so Sal sent his technician out & the technician went over the parts to the furnace, & showed me why I was hearing the noise. He adjusted the flame & although the noise didn''t entirely go away, it was obvious that it was no fault of the installers. I would recommend Royal Comfort to neighbors & friends.

Sal’s crew did a great job. They put in a new A/C and furnace system and replaced the old ductwork. The install took 2 days to complete and another few days to get the HERS testing done and the city to send out someone to inspect the work. All passed with no issues. My HVAC is now working great and has been brought up to to code. Thank you Royal Comfort A/C and Heating!

Sal and his team were professional. He reviewed my entire heating and air conditioning system and determined what was needed. Sal’s install people did a great job, their attention to detail, pride, and craftsmanship was great.

The work done was good, but I felt the price was high for the work that was done. God has given us the fairness and show the love for all in doing unto others as we want done unto us. I am thankful for the work.

Very fast. The heater and air conditioner were installed in one day. The installers were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great experience. Installed replacement AC in one day. Took out the old equipment and installed new furnace, ac units and new, redesigned duct work. Most of the contractors didn't want to pull permits, and wanted to sell me smaller, less efficient units for more money. Highly recommend Sal and his crew. We just had a few really hot days and we were very pleased.
