Royal Dominion, LLC

Hired Cary Brown in April 2022, as of August he had only sent a couple guys for 1 day of work. He has nothing but excuse after excuse. I gave him a $19,800 deposit and he has not refunded a penny of it. I also filed criminal charges on him. DO NOT HIRE..... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Hire Cary 12-21, the biggest mistake of my lifeâ the same as Amanda N and Angelia. He is nothing more than a liar and thief. I paid him 130,000, plus another 37000 out of pocket. To finish my house will cost another 37000 that I already paid Cary. I have filed a criminal complaint.

We hired Cary back in September 2022 to complete our hurricane Ida damage renovations. As of November 2022, we paid him 69,485 and he has not completed multiple tasks that have been paid for. We asked him to return our $19,000 for stuff that was not completed and he has since blocked us and turned off his phone. Cary stole money from us and is currently having medical issues. We have filed complaints with the police, Attorney General and the LA board of contractors.

Performed as advertised

Cary is very knowledgeable about construction.

We would definitely use Royal Dominion again. Cary Brown was professional and easy to work with. My open floor plan is beautiful. He took my ideas and made them happen.

Cary is one of the best constructors to deal with.

I was very satisfied with the work.

I was impressed on the fast service that this company had. Meeting with Cary Brown I was excited to find a company that I could trust. Was I wrong. The first week they did a lot of work, ripped all my floors and removed walls. Once that was completed you never saw Cary Brown again unless it was for money. When it came to painting they never putty the holes on the wall they just painted over it leave the same holes. I had to text him multiply times to have things fixed and he would say it was an old house. I could probably have done a better paint job then them and I know nothing about painting. Some days the workers would not even show up and you would have to try to reach out to Cary to find out why. Cary did not even come to review the work with us. He wanted us to leave his last payment in our mailbox. I was not going to write anything but my paint in the bathroom is already peeling after only two weeks. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

They are experts who deliver quality work. I would recommend Royal Dominion.

Professional conduct. Reliable. All work was done to our expectations. Workers were pleasant and accommodating; they responded to any requests.

This company was easy to work with and very accommodating with change of plan. Helped to make suggestions that worked well and treated us like family. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.
