I was impressed from the very first phone call to Mike. Justin sealed the deal with his knowledge of the product and his kindness and more importantly his attitude and respect to the customers. I was further impressed with the installers who were prepared, on time,0 courteous and focused on the job. I give them 10 stars five stars for the service and five stars for courtesy and respect.

They were great! Installed 2 new garage doors and didn t think about needing to replace the opener. They gave us options and prices on the spot. They were able to come back the next day to install a new garage door opener as well. Great to work with, very informative and quick. Would definitely hire again.

I hired them on Friday my new garage do was on and operating Monday afternoon. Mike was the first contact around the first of April. He was here the day after I contacted H.A. measured the door,gave me a price,that included replacement of everything but the opener (mine was good). Then he adjusted my broken door to where we could use it, until our tax refund arrived. Their quote was the best, and everyone I had contact with was HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, and FAST HARDWORKING MEN. I will defiantly recommend Royal Door. They even hauled everything off.

He could have easily scheduled and showed up to assess in person, but took time out of his schedule to be professional to assist me before he scheduled.
