The light fixture works great! No complaints on the quality of work, but the technician sent did not have all the things he needed, so he had to leave and come back... so time wise it took longer than expected. Technician was friendly

A diffuser over a fluorescent light fixture was broken and not reported to me as broken. Rather, it was snuck out of the house for disposal. Fragments of it were found on the driveway after they left.

"They did a great job"

They arrived on time. The electrician was professional and courteous. He fixed my issue in a short time. The charges were much lower than I expected. I highly recommend. My only regret is not calling them sooner.

The associate sent out continuously tried to charge for add ons. The initial job was done, but he left without fixing the fixture's dimmer. I scheduled another appointment through the scheduling lady (very nice). We agreed that there would be no additional charge. When the same associate returned, he was shocked that I would not pay more for the job that should've been done previously. He fixed the issue within five minutes and hastily left while complaining that I should've paid for it. I would not be writing a review if the last impression were better. Also did not appreciate the fact that the service plan offered was essentially an ultimatum. Either pay $300 more or buy the annual plan. The cost of the work should remain the same.

No issues. Work delivered as promised.
