they were good, miscommunication. good quality carpet and workers were good, no complaints. They ordered and installed carpet.

They had a nice showroom, good selection and have good advice. Since Ray is also a general contractor, he was able to arrange for an electrician to put some outlets in the floor before the carpet was installed. All the workers did a good job and were easy to work with.

They contract the job out who did the job very quickly and poorly and left damages to the walls and railings after the job is done. The steps on the stairs were not installed properly. some steps moves and some are not leveled. But they refused to come back to fix them. I have to hire a handyman to come in to fix up the mess and damages.

Ray and his installers were very professional. They did a fantastic job of removing old carpet/baseboards and replacing with vinyl wood planks/new baseboards at a fair price. They did the entire house very quickly, including moving furniture around and cleaning up afterwards. Only complaint wa the new baseboards may need to be painted since they are only primed white, also the walls on the stairs will need to be painted, this was not mention in the beginning. Otherwise the work was excellent and the result was a very beautiful new floor that is waterproof, very tough and looks/feels like wood!

This was a very difficult job, ripping off old carpet glued to stairs, needed to have each step wrapped , the guys were amazing, worked all day, it looks great!!

Ray is the owner and he is really nice. I truly choose Royal Flooring because of him. Enrique and Alfonso installed my hard wood floors and were wonderful to work with . . .they truly seemed to care about doing a good job.. I still have the carpet to be placed, but I feel confident they will do a good job. The only reason I rated the work quality 4 and price 4.5 was that I was not aware that I would need to paint my walls and new baseboards due to the way the carpet covered the areas which are now exposed.

Super happy with the flooring and baseboards Ray's team installed. Ray was the first person to respond with a meeting and proposal, he was helpful and courteous through many questions. His team was always on time, worked hard, courteous, professional and cleaned up after each day's work. Royal Flooring did very nice quality work and was a good value, I recommend them.

Extremely pleased with Ray and his team. my bathroom tile installation couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. Ray projected the project would take 2.5 days and it only took 1.25 days. his guys showed up early, were neat and professional. Couldn't be happier.

Fairly easily to work with but pricey. We were rushing to get floors in and did not have other options. I would use them again but get other bids to ensure he is price competitive.

Ray Danesh handled the whole of this job with great integrity. I have other future projects and would definitely be contacting him.

Their technicians are very knowledgable, efficient. They've done a nice job to replace woodfloor in my master bedroom. The price is very resonable.

All the individuals I worked with were kind and considerate. I was most impressed by the fact that they cleaned up exceptionally well at the end of work each night and took away the refuse. Using Royal Flooring to install hardwood floors in my home was an extremely smooth and pleasant experience. Ray Danesh was extremely helpful in picking up the material and accommodating my constantly shifting schedule for the installation. His crew is extremely polite and their work is top notch. I would use Royal Flooring for all my future flooring needs.

Worked with Ray to get new hardwood and carpet installed. He was able to come out the night I spoke with him and measure. Their pricing was extremely competitive and was able to get everything ordered and installed in under 5 days! The finished product looks stunning and looks far more expensive then what I paid for. If we ever move or replace the carpet we will go back to Ray at Royal Flooring.

Ray is a consumate professional. He is a pleasure to work with. His staff are outstanding. They have done an incredibly beautiful job for us. I will only use Ray and his staff should I ever need additional flooring work in the future.

They showed up to work exactly on time and worked through lunch and finished earlier than I anticipated. They cleaned up after themselves and paid attention to detail. This is the first time I obtained a contractor from Service Magic and I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this contractor.
