Royal Flush Plumbing and Heating

I lost all pressure on my hot water lines recently. The flow had slowly been getting weaker and weaker over time but this was THE final time. I called Royal Flush Plumbing and Heating from Washingtonville (845) 496-5458 and they came out that night to look at the issues. Through the process of elimination, it was determined that the hot water heating coil in my oil-fired boiler was clogged with mineral build-up (Side Note: I hadn't been using my water softener for over 2 years which was a BIG mistake. This was the cause of the mineral build-up). They returned my calls and arrived on time as they promised. Matthew and James did a great job and I was satisfied with the cost. They were reliable affordable and they called an hour before the appointment to let me know they might be a little late. Aaron provided services that was excellent, I would highly recommend them.

He was professional and quick. He also educated my tenants on the proper usage of the well pump and what to look for, as far as problems. I am extremely happy with his work.

I appreciated Matt's immediate response and ability to service my needs the following day, however as far as the follow-up work that he said he'd help with turned in to 2 weeks of my time wasted. He was no longer answering his calls from me. My husband had to call him from his cell phone to get him to answer. It was as if Matt was avoiding calls made from my home phone. When forced to do the sample ourselves, it took us less than 24 hours to get it done. It took Royal flush . . . well.. . it has been 2 weeks since our service and they stil haven't called us with the results.

Matt and his co-worker were very professional. They contacted me promptly, gave me a fair estimate & were able to perform the work in a very timely manner.

First of all, these guys are extremely courteous and respectful. Often when plumbers or other service workers enter a house, they seem to be more interested in showing off of preying on people's desperation. Not these guys. These guys are here to serve your needs, help advise you when you are positively stuck, steer you clear of unnecessary expenses, and give you excellent prices. I will be using them again for future projects and strongly recommend their service.

They do a very good job for me. I have used them for several projects. They do a great job every time.
