They came out promptly and rerouted my downspout like I wanted. So far so good. When they cut into my downspout they accidentally cut the deicing heating cord. They promised to replace it quickly. It's now been 10 days and no action. I have called multiple times and they always promise they'll be right there to replace. Hasn't happened as of today 10/20/2018. They promptly cashed my check. 11/5/18: They came out and installed the deicer the 3rd. They did did a good job. I am upgrading their review as a result. Through my persistence they finally came through. Make no mistake this was not part of the original work I contracted them for. They damaged the installed deicer so they needed to purchase a new one and install it. That's what took about 3 weeks. Scheduling. I am now very satisfied with their work.

They did a great job, were conscientious and thorough. They were the only company to recommend solutions in addition to my original request, but their pricing was as good as the other bids. In comparison to the other bids I received, theirs was the best value. And the implementation didn't disappoint!

Eugene is a sweet talker and promises a lot but doesn't quite deliver on what he promises. A lot of excuses. Work was quality, but definitely not on time.
