Not sure he is licensed. If so, someone else took the test. I got an estimate over the phone for rekeys, and he said that would cost me 3 times what they estimated, so he just put in 2 new deadbolts and a knob I did not ask for. It was still twice the estimate. It took him 4 times longer than he said it would and he had to have someone come help him. He put in 3 different colors. The door would not lock both deadbolt and knob at the same time. I stopped payment and told him to come to get his hardware.

Polite, prompt, came quickly, and did replace door knob and keyed it. I have changed this review as I realize this guy is a scam artist. I believe he placed an indoor bathroom door knob on the entrance to my home. It was poorly installed. The next day the key kept sticking in it. By today, 48 hrs later the door no longer locks, totally broken. I would ask him to honor his 6-month warranty, but I do not trust him enough to have him in my home. In addition, he charged me 296.00 for a horrible job. Home Adviser, you need to get rid of this one. Mr Royal, if you have any dignity, you would return my money! I had hope to support people with little work right now, but if this is the quality I am going to get, forget it!
