Royal Maid Service

Writing this review because the cleaners stole all of my towels and washcloths. from the linen closet and they also stole my vacuum. I called the owner and she said the cleaners would return my items. When requested the day and time of when they were returning my items, I never received a response and they stopped communication.

Sue is very much committed to the homeowners satisfaction so that is appreciated. They're very easy to work with, courteous, and friendly people to have in your home.

This was hard for me to write since 1 of the employees I'm sure IS the Best they have. Probably the Best in the Entire Business. She's Professional, Detailed & IF it would've been ONLY her the "JOB" would've been literally HALF the price of wait for it..$544.00 for approx. 2472 sft. No Laundry,stove,dishes,frig. or Scrubbing was Required. I Did want a Deep Clean, because we needed Fans & Light fixtures Top on Down cleaned, But it was supposed to be "Estimated" around $224, If it went 3 1/2 Hours. I agreed to that, even did tell Owner, Chris, If it required more time Fine, But what I was NOT planning on, was the ONE he sent with the One that Actually worked, We paid @ $32 an hour to do basically? Nothing. She stayed in the Master on 1st Day, & Missed cleaning the floor Under the bed, & missed a lot more. Second DAY, she spent Entire day in the Kitchen, Wiping, Wiping,Wiping. Anything she ever did had to be Re-done by the ONE who did more than 99%+ of ALL the work. So, If the one who DID work, even Spent 10 Hours, instead of 2 being paid @$32 Each for 8 1/2 hours, you can see, it would NOT have cost $544, it would have cost no more than $320.00. My home was Dusty, we do have 3 small dogs, SMALL, & we have 3 baths. Not ONE room Needed Anything SCRUBBED. NO Mold, NO Scum, Not even One shower or Tub or Sink needed ANY Scrubbing. SO, if you paid for One to do Absolutely Nothing but "FAKE" it for 8 1/2 hours? At $32 an hour for Each one, I think you'd be upset to. Especially knowing, We still had to clean places that were Missed. The one could NOT do it all, she did tons, & everything the Other 1 did, she had to REDO. Again, Our home was Not the TYPICAL dirty home, it was Dusty, & we have all tile floors, Porcelain tile not Ceramic. We have granite & marble & Stone, NONE required ANY Scrubbing what so ever. They did NOT again Clean Frig, Stove, did Not Do any Dishes, Laundry or Make ANY beds. The ONE who racked up Entire 1st day in Master bedroom?? Didn't clean under the bed, the tile, & Did not even clean the Toilet. But, she DID clean the Mirrors. It's upsetting to know One that DID All the work, could've taken at the Most 10 hours in 2 days by herself, & it I'm sure would've been a Better job than the 2 did for 8 1/2 hours at a Cost of $544.00. Seriously, I did contact the Owner & Told him Exactly what happened, did NOT tell until job was done, because I did want it all done. Did NOT expect it to go on for 8 1/2 Hours. Again, I'm Hoping the One who DID do ALL of the work, Never has to work with the One who tried to "Fake it" for those same 8 1/2 hours. Really a shame. Now I know why the Reviews are old, or they are as usual with any & all "Businesses" put up by probably..Friends of owners. I'm a Former Client. A one time cleaning now, & yet I Truly DID want a Bi-Weekly Service, Not after this though. Cannot Trust them after this.

I hate to write a poor review but we came to an agreement on cleaning a 3,800 sq ft home and I was quoted 3 persons cleaning during one entire day starting at 9am. At 9:45 Chris and only 2 cleaners finally showed up. I was told there was not a third person available that day. When the two cleaners left at the end of the day I found many things that were agreed upon to be cleaned but were simply missed. I called in to express my dissatisfaction but Chris was out of the county. To be fair, he later discounted my cleaning bill slightly but I wanted the house clean due to putting it up for sale. I cannot recommend this company as I feel the service was overcharged and under serviced.

On time, in fact early. Cleaned quickly without alot of small talk. Went straight to work. Very quick, used the basic old fashioned cleaners. House smelled great. Glad to find this company.

It was great! They came and cleaned everything like I asked. I found a few more things that I wanted cleaned that weren't in the initial quote and they cleaned them for me, no questions asked. Very professional!

We have had the Service clean one time. Theydid an unusually good job for a first cleaning. Any changes we might request would simply be a matter of communication for a mutual understanding. The two ladies worked efficiently and did not waste time in idle conversation. They did not pad the estimated time used in order to increase the cost. We have already scheduled the second cleaning.

Called back intially fast. Came to give estimate. Girls showed up on time. They really deserve a 5 but I ma extremely picky. They also had a big job in a limite amount of time.

Excellent job done on schedule in an efficient manner and overall timeframe.

Very satisfied with the work, but will be unable to continue service at this time.
