First and foremost, please take my sincerest apology for the less than satisfactory experience you have had with regards to your recent move. As mentioned over the phone, our prices are based on the amount of furniture and boxes we load in the truck. The estimated price was given based on that. When movers arrived at your home, the number of boxes were over the estimated amount shared over the phone. Therefore, the excess was not included in this price. Please also note that the movers were unaware of the time limitation of your building, as these details were not shared. The move did not run as smoothly as we would have liked to, given that the elevator was not reserved and had to be shared with other tenants. Please keep in mind that we do not charge hourly rates and our movers are professionally trained to work under different circumstances to provide an excellent service. Our main priority is to move your items in the best possible way to avoid any damages to your belongings - even if this means that the move will take some extra time. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the combination of the time limit on the elevator and the extra items were out of our control and slowed down the process. We know not everything goes as planned all the time, so we would like to offer you a discount on your next move.
