"Thank you for your comments. You're correct in several ways and I would like to address it. 1. Yes, there was poor communication between the driver and the office regarding payment, but We did not double charge you. 2. This is not a subcontracting operation, rather just a new business. 3. The prices on our website show our flat-rate here in Kerrville. We delivered your dumpster in Tarpley which is outside of our normal service area. We have no problem delivering outside our service area but mileage and drive time cause the price to go up. 4. There is a fee for every day after 7 days. The misunderstanding stemmed from our developing processes. When we started the company we thought the low price per day made sense, but we realized after that the low daily rental fee was not enough to cover the missed opportunity. We happened to raise the daily rate in between the time we dropped off your dumpster and when you had called thereby causing the misunderstanding. We apologize you had to suffer through some of those hiccups of our new company and we will take your comments and do better because of them. Thank you, Mr. Sanders."
