Royal stepped up and got our problem resolved when Orkin wouldn't. We now use them monthly. They are fair and have excellent service. We had Orkin for over 20 years. We had termites flying around our home, we immediately called Orkin. Couldn't get us on the schedule, despite our 20 year relationship. Finally came out recommended a "no tent" treatment, which cost over $1000 - that didn't work, despite their guarantee. We called Orkin immediately....again some run around....same excuses ....same scheduling issues...meanwhile termites are destroying our home. Call Royal - they were half the price and tented immediately, haven't had a problem since.

Call in at 6:30am and Chris was at my house at 7:30! They answer the phone and SHOW UP on time!!! Chris spent a couple hours at my home and was very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

After getting the initial appointment straightened out, I could have asked for nothing better. The people who showed up were personable, down to earth and friendly. They informed me of what needed to be done by me and what they were going to do. They answered all my questions and even a few that I didn't have. The work was done in a timely fashion with minimal unavoidable damage to property. I would highly recommend.

Its been a month since the fumigation and I havent seen one termite since! It is rare to find a company that is this competitive from a price point, and even more so when it comes to customer service. Some issues did arise during the whole process, but Chris was diligent in resolving them quickly and to our satisfaction.

Outstanding service and professionalism! Having moved to Fl recently,I arrived just in time for the swarm. Chris came to my house the same day and provided solid advice and a very reasonable price. The crew arrived on time and worked quickly to install the tent. There was no cleanup required and I'm verty satisfied with Royal. I would recommend this company as excellent.

I would rate customer service at 6 stars. The company did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. The owner acted more like an exterminator than a salesman. We had 3 other companies give us estimates and a treatment plan and this company was not only the best price, but also provided the most thorough and effective treatment for our pest problem. HIRE THEM!

I had something called a swarm in my house. I was in a panic. I called the first three companies I could find. Only two could come out same day, Royal being one of them. I ended up going with them because the rep was professional and took the time to explain everything. The price was fair and more importantly they could do the work the fastest. My husband was out of town on business and the rep actually helped me prepare the outside of my house for the tenting. I was initially afraid to hire a company I hadn't heard of before, but I could not be more pleased with my decision.
