Scheduled them for a fire place repair and HVAC tune up. The guys that showed up knew nothing about fire places and said it would be another service call $$ for the fire places. They did go in the attic to look at why we did not have much flow. They came down and said it all looked fine and the fan was turned all the way up. I went up a week later to run some electrical and discovered the vent coming out of the unit was not even connected and had been blowing hot air into the attic since ROYAL installed it a couple years ago. So they screwed me three times. 1. Had to pay someone else to do the fire place (that they installed) 2. Paid them for a tune up that they did not do and totally ignored the vent blowing in their face. 3. Paid them to do the HVAC system in the first place that they never completed. ALL I WANTED WAS A REFUND OF THE TUNE UP THEY DID NOT EVEN DO! I sent an email to the owner and he was not even professional enough to respond.
