Royal Plumbing installed a hot water heater and updated the venting. They were professional, neat and timely. Pricing was comparable to other companies. I would consider Royal Plumbing in the future, should the need arise.

Very efficient in every way possible. The service guy was very helpful and he explained everything about what he was doing. Also, very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend them.

When he came he said price..example 100. When he would say he needed to try another thing to do he would say that will be 150. Then he said that will be 200. I was thinking he was adding to the 100. But those amounts were individual additions to the 100. So the total ended up to over 500. Let's say I was shocked but it was my fault I guess

Needed a hot water heater quick! They got me setup and installed in the same day. Price was fair. The person who answered the phone was very nice and had pricing up front. Other companies didn't want to give a price, and wanted to charge a service charge to come out and give you a quote that they could have given over the phone. Plumber (Edwin) was very good, installed/cleaned/informed me of everything he was doing.

The were friendly and open to our needs during initial call. Communicated their availability and timeframe. Showed up the same day. Plumber was very friendly and courteous. Discussed possible issues and costs prior to starting work. Didnâ t force additional work to make extra money. Fixed my clogged septic and got things back to normal. Will definitely be calling them with any further plumbing issues.

Hired them to figure out why my toilets were not flushing. I thought we may have had a clogged sewer drain from what was happening. When the service guy arrived he went into the basement saw that my downstairs pipe had pulled down from the underfloor. He proceeded to pull up my toilet to send the auger down through the drain. No clog was apparent. Had a new flange and wax ring to put the toilet back on but did not because of a pipe issue. Did not have the equipment in his van to fix this issue. Told him my husband and I can put toilet back in place but he did not say until he was all packed up that it could not be done until the pipe below was fixed. Went 2 days with toilet sitting in middle of my downstairs bathroom. Good thing we have one upstairs as well.

They were wonderful.. came quickly, figured out the problem and fixed it quickly. Very friendly.. will recommend to everyone!
