I contacted Royal Pool Service with Homeadvisor....Patrick contacted me Immediately and we discussed my problems with my Hayward DE Pool Filter. Patrick fully understood my problem, ordered all the Correct parts & within a few days, Royal Pool Service arrived at my home & Repaired my filter leaks!!! The owner son evidently has been trained. Had a lie in customers faces and reached for money and my hand before I am even finished talking. They did not fix a damn thing .. and now that they got their money, they will not respond crooked crooked crooked

"Donald later realized he was wrong. He didn't understand how to use his own pump. Dylan did exactly what he paid him to do. He was just frustrated and put this review on before listening to me so I could explain his issue. Once he learned to change the speeds on his own pump all is good."

Scheduled weekly service. The first few weeks were ok but then I was notified by neighbors that my pool was green. When I called for service they said they were out of town no one could get there for several days. When they finally arrived they told me there were 10-15 people in my pool and I needed service 2 times per week. There was no one in my pool that entire week. The pool remained green and all they did was send huge estimates to install new systems. When I told them to cancel all services they became irate, calling me names and making rude comments. I received the highly inflated final bill which included 12 lbs of shock that obviously was not used. These people should be ashamed to call themselves a business.

After a professional cancellation. Pam, the owner of the company inflated my bill by approximately $350.00. When I challenged the bill, she texted me that she would be at my home in 90 minutes to get her money. I returned the text by responding that she was not invited or welcome to my home. I added that her presence at my home would be viewed as a trespass. For my protection, I have saved all of these text messages.

"Ms. D requested regular service on her pool. After 2 visits she left me a voicemail with how great of a job Patrick did. She even referred her friend for service with us which we still do each week. She failed to give a 2 week notice as we require and she agreed to that before we began services. She also paid the bill that was due to us for the work we completed at her home after much aggravation. She used us to get her pool in working order and then dropped us day before we were to arrive. There was no inflated bill. Just the standard charge for our 2 visits and 2 week cancellation fee because it was not cancelled with a 2 week notice a"
