Responds quickly to customers inquires. Dependably reply to inquires & shows up for the job as promised. Has good work ethic and seems to know his profession completely.

We just hired Durall a couple of weeks ago and so far he has done an excellent job. He explained all what he looks for in the condition of the water and has remedies for things that need to be addresses. I would highly recommend him and his company.

I hired Royal to vacuum dirt out of my pool. Unfortunately, the first service still left a lot of dirt. A couple weeks later, they came out for a second "free" service as I was informed the $300 price (about 1 hour of work) was for a single service, not to get all the dirt out of the pool. They informed me that no one else has the vacuum so that is why it cost so much. The second service did remove more of the dirt, but there is still quite a bit of dirt that can't be filtered. So I will have to pay more money to get the job completed.

He came out on a Holiday, although it was not an emergency however he came to the house in a few hours the same day. Very professional and knowledgeable and accomplished the job in no time. The price was reasonable too.

Worked with my budget and got the work done in one day. Explained every step and options so I knew what he was doing. Will call again.

He was nice and explained what he was doing evert step. He was very concerned in helping us out. We are very happy with the results and his workmanship. Great Pool service so we are going to keep him as our service provider of choice.

Very pleasant and helpful when replacing my pool light and trouble shooting the wiring to GFI. It wasn't what he had planned for in his schedule, but he stayed until the light was working properly and safely. Much appreciated. Thanks
