As a widow, who once had a wonderful husband to manage this type of project, I thought it would be difficult for me to plan and execute. I found the team at Royal Pools to be most helpful, especially Tami who kept me informed each step of the way. Overall, it was a great experience.

From the first meeting, all through the planning, design, installing, and even after all was done, we could count on the excellent customer service they offer. They respected the proposed time line, were punctual on appointment days, and guided us through every step of the process. Building a pool might seem like a challenging project, but with the kind of support Royal Pools offers its clients, the inconveniences are reduced to an absolute minimum. Everyone who participated, even the sub contractors, were knowledgeable and respectful of the project. Great work !
