Hiring troy from royal preservation felt like hiring a friend. He was polite, nice, and very patient throughout the process. As finding the right gray can be a lot more difficult than I first thought. My house now looks like a million bucks and I would recommend troy to anyone and everyone needing his services.

Troy was very helpful in painting the interior of house to get ready to sell. He let us decided what we thought we needed to be painted but let use know if we need additional painting he would take care of that too. We liked that he understood where we were coming from. If we needed to do it over we would trust him to do what he thought need to be done (we called him several times for extra painting). He made a trying time so much easier for us. Recommend him to brother for his painting needs. Very professional and did exceptional work. Thank you to Troy and team.

I asked for recommendation on what paint to use. I wanted to use a brand that I could wipe marks off of. He left several marks. We did a walk through and told him I wanted dents repaired. He said they would plaster and sand. He never did that, he just painted over it. I was very unsatisfied with the job he did and I would like to get some money back because he did not keep to the job he promised.

They were at our house bright and early every morning thru the week and very attentive, seems very passionate about the work that's being done. Did not leave any messes or drip paint onto your home. My wife and I were pleased with the quality work that was done on our home..
