Extremely sloppy; left decals on all windows in hard-to-reach places; left nails, scraps, glass, panes, metal, garbage all over my property and my neighbor's property; droppd heavy hammer from upstairs to downstairs and damaged my hard-wood liing-room floor.

Andrew and his team were great. They were flexible and prompt with installation. The windows have made a huge difference with the drafts that were in my home. With a lifetime warranty, you can't go wrong. I am having an issue with one of my windows, but they have been extremely helpful and are willing to help.
