Royal Pro Cleaning Services Pros: Responsive, Friendly, Thorough, 100% guarantee Cons: A bit of up-selling on additional cleaning items January 4th - One Time Deep Clean I work outside the home and the state of my house had been wearing on me for a long time. I decided to look into hiring a company to come in and deep clean my home. We had just finished some remodeling in our home and everything in it was covered in construction dust and grime. I negotiated the services and cost of cleaning with Gabriela. I was so impressed with her professionalism and happy countenance, she has been a joy to work with. We exchanged numerous emails and then met in person to go over my needs in person. We then set up a cleaning appointment for a few days later. The housecleaning crew arrived on time and did a detailed and thorough job. Gabriela had asked a lot of questions in our onsite consultation and she paid attention to the areas that were my hot spots. There were 3 ladies in total cleaning at the same time and they finished before I arrived home from work. After I inspected my home, there were just a few minor areas that I felt could have been done better. I contacted Gabriela and true to their promise, she came back the next day and everything was completed perfectly. My experience with Royal Pro Cleaning Services was all positive. I walked into my home and all I saw and smelled was CLEAN, it was wonderful! I would highly recommend them and I will also be having the Royal Pro Cleaning Services crew come on a regular basis. Such a great feeling to be able to hand over the house cleaning responsibilities and know that your home will be cleaned as well if not better than you could personally do. Thank you Royal Pro!
